Question Detail

Google+ was a social network launched by Google, but it was discontinued. The others are established social networking platforms (though MySpace is less dominant now). Given the context of the test, 'not a social networking application' likely refers to an option that is not primarily one, but since all are, Google+ is chosen as it's the one that is no longer active.
